- Client and Y/T review forms and fill out what we can
- Make list of tasks & responsibilities
- Client emails introduction to all project team members & copies Y/T
- Ed – photography
- Schedules shoot
- Proofs to client within 7-9 business days
- Client makes selection within 3 business days
- Final photos to client within 2 business days
- Provides high resolution photos that can be used for other marketing
- Client will receive 12 selected images.
Ed will provide 1 tif version, 1 submittal version
- Client will receive 12 selected images.

- Creates ToDoIst project and adds client as Guest
- Client has to create login
- Follows up on each introduction email
- Contacts team members for info
- 3 contacts per team member by phone or email
- Information is stored in Dropbox in folder shared with client
- Completes forms within 3 weeks
- Provides detailed notes on Checklist to client of info status
- Creates ToDoIst project and adds client as Guest

- Is responsible for completing package if YCL can’t
- Is responsible for reviewing all forms and photos in the submittal
