- We will apply the same filing system to your email software (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)
- We’ll then move emails from the Inbox into the appropriate folders.
- We’ll set up rules to automatically move messages to your folders.
- We’ll train you on our system to empty your Inbox every day.
Training
Each step of the training process will have a video that you can watch to refresh your memory and help you keep the clean up going for the future. You’ll have access to the videos for an entire year.

There is a one time fee of $70 to review your devices, number of files and to create your custom filing system. Your Digital Organizer will give you an estimate of the number of hours to complete your clean up. We can do the clean up all at once or over a 6 month period.
