A WordPress site requires regular maintenance. YCL has a plan! Monthly maintenance costs a whole lot less than an emergency site repair. Let’s not even talk about the cost from a total site crash! We provide off-site back ups. Should the site be hacked, we can re-install a back up and have your site up and running within a few hours generally. We install security plug-ins to monitor the site and notify us quickly of attacks or problems.

Solar Concepts needed a new website to accurately portray the extraordinary quality of their solar products: SolaTube, RediLight and QuietCool Fans.
YCL created a new WordPress site. Their products are very visual so we needed the flexibility of WordPress to display videos, product photos as well as installation photos to show the dramatic effects of SolaTubes.
The site expanded recently to include an eCommerce software
to allow for the purchase of RediLight panels.
WordPress is the most flexible content management software (CMS) available. There are thousands of themes available to help build the sites, there are tens of thousands plug-in available to add special features. You can have a photo slider, a rotating testimonials widget, a Facebook link, a membership directory or a weather report!

Educational Series for New Clients
First there is a series of emails to introduce and remind new clients about all of the services available from IHC. Karla wrote four emails covering the most important items. This is an excellent way to strengthen the relationship between the client and agent.
Monthly Email
Next clients, prospects, professional colleagues receive a monthly email full of educational articles. The email topics range from arthritis awareness to sun safety. Each month includes a FAQ about health care insurance. As a bonus, Karla shares one of her own Eat Healthy recipes. Karla prepares the content. The emails are sent to the clients of any agent who wishes to participate!

Dr. Holly Castle, ND is building on her 20+ years of expertise and is teaching hard to find classes for her colleagues. YCL worked with her to build custom landing pages for both the Unda classes and the Gemmo classes.
The landing pages included descriptions of the classes, testimonials from previous students and a PayPal button for quick registration.
The pages are simple and can be updated easily to accommodate future classes.
With the landing pages in place, YCL helped develop emails promoting the classes. Dr. Castle used page links in Facebook posts also which drew attendees as well as visitors to her website.

In the 2+ years, Alice Woodard, owner of Printwerx has worked with YCL for social media, we have worked out a sweet system! Once a month, we meet to finalize the pieces of info for the current month’s marketing: 2 emails, 4-8 social media posts on the blog, Facebook and Instagram.
Alice uses her insider knowledge to find the products to talk about and the articles to best educate her clients. YCL pulls all the pieces together in the right format for each platform. After Alice approves the draft, the posts are made, the emails are sent. Alice then gets reports showing her the results of the campaign.
At the monthly meeting, we also talk about ideas for the next 2-3 months. This gives Alice thinking time. She can find the best articles, not the ones she locates in 15 minutes before the deadline. She may have second thoughts and change a topic for a better one. Deadlines don’t compromise quality. If she finds an interesting article on a new topic, we add it to the Marketing Calendar to consider at the next meeting. Good ideas don’t get lost!

YCL has been doing social media posting for Cornerstone since 2015. We coordinate their blog posts, with their email marketing campaign and with their social media posts on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Google My Business. Owner, Chris Boulton, understands the value of photography so he has professional photos taken of projects that we can use with all aspects of the marketing campaign. The pictures with Chris’ explanation of the project builds confidence in prospects’ to help them choose to work with Cornerstone Cabinet Company. Using photos and information multiple ways in multiple places makes the marketing work effective as well as productive!
