Cornerstone Cabinet Company

Web Site
Beautiful custom cabinets deserve a beautiful custom web site to show them off!  The primary goal of the Cornerstone web site is to display the wonderful photos the company has of completed projects. YCL created portfolios by room and also by project to better fit the visitors’ needs.  In addition, Cornerstone wanted to “brag” about the high quality manufacturers they work with. YCL developed pages for each manufacturer with photos, information and links to the manufacturers’ sites where necessary.

Social Media
There’s a lot to learn about cabinets! Owner, Chris Boulton, had written a series of articles titled Cabinets 101.  YCL adds to that knowledge base with articles about new counter-top surfaces, current trends in cabinets, colors, lighting, and even cabinet “jewelry!”

Email Marketing
A monthly email gets Cornerstone’s name in front of prospects to encourage purchase decisions. It also keeps Cornerstone top of mind with clients, designers and vendors who can give referrals.

IHC logoWith a growing team of health insurance agents, Karla Flores Smith, Regional Sales Leader for IHC Specialty Benefits wants to support the agents with email marketing.

Educational Series for New Clients

First there is a series of emails to introduce and remind new clients about all of the services available from IHC. Karla wrote four emails covering the most important items. This is an excellent way to strengthen the relationship between the client and agent.

Monthly Email

Next clients, prospects, professional colleagues receive a monthly email full of educational articles. The email topics range from arthritis awareness to sun safety.  Each month includes a FAQ about health care insurance. As a bonus, Karla shares one of her own Eat Healthy recipes.  Karla prepares the content. The emails are sent to the clients of any agent who wishes to participate!

Expanding Services

Dr Holly Castle NDDr. Holly Castle, ND is building on her 20+ years of expertise and is teaching hard to find classes for her colleagues.  YCL worked with her to build custom landing pages for both the Unda classes and the Gemmo classes.

The landing pages included descriptions of the classes, testimonials from previous students and a PayPal button for quick registration.

The pages are simple and can be updated easily to accommodate future classes.

With the landing pages in place, YCL helped develop emails promoting the classes.  Dr. Castle used page links in Facebook posts also which drew attendees as well as visitors to her website.

Social Campaign Tool Gains Facebook Likes and New Emails

Hollow Metal Xpress tried the new Constant Contact Social Campaign software. The Campaign allows you to cross-pollinate your email list and Facebook fans. First, you invite your email subscribers to join the sweepstakes by Like-ing your business page. If they share the sweepstakes with friends, those friends give you their email in order to join the sweepstakes. So you increase your Facebook reach and get new emails to extend your email marketing! Win – Win!

Statistics from the first HMX sweepstakes:

  • Page Visits – 432 visited the Facebook link to enter the contest
  • Entries – 40% of the visitors entered the sweepstakes
  • Facebook Likes – 163 people Liked the HMX business page (Some had already liked it but did it again to enter the contest.)
  • New Email Subscribers – 49 brand new emails that HMX can use for future email marketing

Coffee News has a very successful local newspaper and wanted to improve their follow up with prospective advertisers.  Through Constant Contact, Your Computer Lady set up 10 AutoResponder emails to send to potential customers promoting Coffee News services and advertising possibilities.  The AutoResponders are set-up to be emailed to potential customers automatically once they have joined the mailing list.  This keeps Coffee News in front of potential customers.

Email Marketing – DesignWorks HC

Your Computer Lady assisted DesignWorks HC creating an email marketing campaign.   Your Computer created a custom template to mirror the look of their web site and trained the staff at DesignWorks HC to use Constant Contact.  This enabled DesignWorks HC to create their own monthly blog recap emails using the email template the Your Computer Lady created for them. Email Marketing – First Class Green Cleaning

First Class Green Cleaning needed a way to follow up on past clients.  Your Computer Lady created 6, 12 and 18 month emails to send out on service anniversaries.  This type of email campaign keeps First Class Green Cleaning in the client’s mind as well as attracting them with a coupon at the bottom of the email for new services. The coupons remind the clients that First Class offers many services, not just carpet cleaning. Software used: Constant Contact.
