This is one of the questions I get most often. The answer depends on your time and budget. The answer depends on your audience. But the trend is clear. More posts! Many Facebook users are on all day long. So multiple posts have a better chance of catching their attention.
The good news is that the content doesn’t have to be new every time. You can make the same post on different days at different times of the day to reach your different audiences.
A good example is the daily Houzz email. They will run the same 3 articles for 3 days. Each morning a different article is the lead. So they have 3 chances to catch my attention with the same content.

Page 19 Facebook, my nemesis, still leads the pack by a large margin. Instagram is growing especially since they started allowing ads. Pinterest and YouTube declined.
